CCP should take EVE down for a week, reimburse the players with a week game time on the end of the subscription, offer drugs to those who can't cope a week without EVE, and sort out all the little annoying bugs and glitches.
Just suggestion from me..

Add a couple of mids slots to those ships that traditionally shield tank but limit the number of shield mods that can be fitted to the ship in the same way that the number of turrets and launcher points are limited.
This would allow for the same shield tank whilst allowing the fitting of scrams/webs/etc.
The cpu/PG might also have to be tweaked.

But seriously, a good shield tank doesn't need that many slots, at least not a buffer. And having a buffer shield gang w loggies is awesome due to remote rep at the beginning of the cycle, try it man. Shield is the new black.
I feel it's better than shouting angry abuse at CCP, don't you?

lol that would not take much doing lol you only got to look at jita for example
I remember I think it was the patch after they did apoc, we had this scenario, server was down for ages more because there was 1000s of people in que, just killed it, Just relax the logging, go get a coffee, add some whisky, it'll help pass the hours to get on...
